Presbyterian Church Youth Fellowship
(GPC YF) is the youth
ministry of Glory Presbyterian Church (English Service).
It
is a ministry where youth can encourage one another and
grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ.
* GPCYF is only for any schooling youth and NSF from
13 to 23 years old

Our Calling
Youths
are not only the future of the church, they
are also the church of today.
Jesus
Himself gathered around him a group of young men and women and poured
His life into them, preparing them to lead the church. Jesus poured
His life into young people and ultimately they were empowered by the
Holy Spirit to lead the church.
We are here today
because Jesus was faithful to the call. Jesus left us with the same
calling and responsibility – to make disciples,
Christ-followers, of all people groups. At Glory Presbyterian Church
Youth Fellowship (English Service), we seek to obey that commission specifically
with the people group of youths between 13 to 23 years of schooling age.
It is indeed a great privilege and heavy responsibility as we join our
hands together on one of the most significant ventures occurring today – making
disciples of Jesus Christ amongst a generation of world-changing youths.
Our Vision Statement
“To
help fulfil the Great Commission by touching young lives and making
life-long disciples of Christ for His Glory.”
Our Purpose Statement
A vibrant youth ministry in which our youths are able to
grow in their faith in God and their relationship with one another
by
- Knowing and applying
God’s
Word
- Loving, caring and sharpening one another
- Learning to serve God and one another
- Sharing the Gospel
- Developing youth
leaders to be model & example
Our Ministry Values
Our
ministry values are what we must be committed to in order for our Vision
and Purpose statement to be fulfilled. It is our prayer that our youth
will then become a ‘servant’ of the Lord Jesus. “Servant” as
one who:

JUMP FELLOWSHIP

WHY
IS THERE A ‘JUMP’ FELLOWSHIP?
JUMP fellowship
is part of the GPC YF. It is for those who are in Junior College
(Pre-U included); University ; Military (NSF) ; and Polytechnic (ITE
included).
As the JUMPERS
continue to be involved in our regular Friday GPC YF, there
is a further need to address specific issues as they are at
the turning points of their lives.
Hence, JUMPERS
will also gather one Saturday a month for
encouragement in areas of leadership and decision-making in the light
of God’s Word.
We believe our generation of young people has the potential to give and
gain, by getting involved.
• JUMP Fellowship is only for any schooling youth and NSF from 18 to 23
years old |
